How to export from Search Console

  1. Open Search Console, pick the property, and go to Performance → Search results.
  2. Set the date. For a monthly report, choose Compare and pick this month against last month, or leave the default three months and the generator will pick the latest complete month for you.
  3. Click Export → Download CSV. You get a zip. Upload it here as it is.

The export holds your queries, pages, countries, devices and daily totals. The generator reads all of them, works out the reporting period, and writes the report a client expects: what changed, why it matters, and what happens next.

Questions

Is the SEO report generator free?
Yes. Building and previewing a report is free and needs no account. Publishing it as a link needs a free Anchorify account, and custom domains for white-label reports are part of the Pro plan.
What goes into the report?
A plain-English summary with the headline numbers, a traffic table against the previous period, month-by-month totals, top queries and pages, the biggest movers, queries ranking 8 to 20 that are close to page one, top-five rankings with unusually low click-through, and a device and country split. Two short sections are left for you to write: what you worked on, and what happens next month.
Do you keep my Search Console data?
No. The preview is built in memory from the file you upload and thrown away. Only if you publish does the finished report, not the raw export, get saved as a document in your account.
Can I send the same link every month?
Yes. When you publish next month's report, choose to replace last month's. The link your client already has shows the new report, and the old one stays in the version history.
Does it work with GA4 or rank-tracker data?
This version reads Google Search Console exports. You can add conversions or rankings by editing the report before you send it; it is a normal document once published.
